SPC560 XPROG-UPA DUMP CONVERTER

The script is useful for working with dumps from x-Prog programmer. Since the x-Prog programmer makes its own changes to the SPC560 processor file, direct use of other people's dumps is not allowed without first converting to normal binary format.
